Realm FAQs
The system keeps asking me for a code when I try to access the app.
You need to activate your account using the link you received in your email BEFORE you can access the app. Once the account has been activated, the app will no longer ask for a code and you can log in using the username and password you created on the website.
What phones will support the Realm Connect app?
The Realm Connect mobile app requires a minimum of IOS 13.1 or Android 8. Below is a partial listing of some phones that support these requirements:
Apple: iPhone 6S & later, iPhone SE
Samsung Galaxy: S7 and later, A3, A5, A7 (2017 and later), J5 and J7 (2017 and later), C7 and C9 Pro, Tab S3 and later, Note 8 and later

Can I connect to Realm without the app?
You can use the website that you used to sign up for Realm.
Is Realm secure?
